Mivi One 5G Launched in India With Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, 6,000mAh Battery

Mivi has officially entered India’s smartphone market with the launch of the Mivi One 5G, marking the audio brand’s expansion into a new product category. The smartphone is manufactured locally in India and combines a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, a large battery, a clean Android experience, and Mivi’s calling-focused audio technology.

The Mivi One 5G will be sold exclusively through Flipkart, with sales scheduled to begin at midnight on October 8, 2026, during the Flipkart Big Billion Days sale. The handset is offered in three RAM and storage configurations and comes in five colour options.

The smartphone will be available in Blue, Pink, Green, Burgundy, and Navy Blue colour options. It will be sold exclusively through Flipkart in India.

Performance and Hardware

The Mivi One 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 mobile platform, which is manufactured using a 4nm process. The octa-core chipset features two performance cores clocked at up to 2.2GHz and six efficiency cores running at up to 2GHz, paired with an Adreno 613 GPU.

Mivi claims that the smartphone can achieve an AnTuTu score of around 490,000. The device is aimed at everyday tasks such as social media, streaming, multitasking, and casual gaming.

The phone comes with 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, while all variants offer 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can also be expanded using a microSD card.

Display and Build

The Mivi One 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ In-Cell LCD display with a 1600x720-pixel resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The panel uses 2.5D cover glass and has a waterdrop-style notch for the front camera.

The handset measures 168.2mm in height and 9.15mm in thickness. It weighs around 219 grams and uses a 2.5D PMMA rear panel combined with a polycarbonate front construction and injection-moulded aluminium-titanium alloy elements.The phone also carries an IP64 rating, providing protection against dust and water splashes.

Camera Setup

For photography, the Mivi One 5G gets a dual-camera setup on the rear. The primary camera uses a 50-megapixel sensor with PDAF and an f/1.8 aperture, accompanied by a secondary auxiliary sensor and LED flash.For selfies and video calls, the smartphone features an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

Other hardware features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Call Quality

One of the Mivi One 5G's key differentiators is its focus on voice-call quality. The handset introduces Mivi ClearTalk, powered by the company's proprietary Mivi Neural Voice Engine.

The technology is designed to suppress background noise in real time during calls. Mivi says it can help reduce unwanted sounds such as traffic, wind, and surrounding conversations, potentially making voice communication clearer in noisy environments.

Battery and Charging

The Mivi One 5G packs a large 6,000mAh battery, designed to provide extended usage between charges.

The battery supports 18W Power Delivery 2.0 fast charging through a USB Type-C port. While the charging speed is relatively modest compared with some competing smartphones, the large battery capacity is aimed at users who prioritise endurance.

Software

The smartphone runs Pure Android 16, giving users a stock-style Android interface without unnecessary third-party bloatware.Mivi has also committed to software support through Android 18, providing a defined upgrade path for the device.

Connectivity options include 5G support with SA and NSA networks, dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and USB Type-C. The phone uses a hybrid dual-SIM configuration, allowing users to choose between a second SIM and microSD card expansion.
