Vivo V80 Lite 5G Launched Globally With 10,000mAh Battery, Dimensity 7300e SoC
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G has been launched in select global markets as the first smartphone in the company's V80 series. The new Vivo smartphone arrives globally shortly after its debut in Pakistan, where it was introduced with notably different specifications and a different design.
The global version of the Vivo V80 Lite 5G will be available for purchase soon in three colour options. Key highlights of the smartphone include a massive 10,000mAh battery with 44W wired fast charging support and a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset. For photography, the handset features a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor.
Vivo V80 Lite 5G Price and Availability
Vivo has not yet announced the price or exact sale date of the V80 Lite 5G in global markets. The smartphone will be offered in three RAM and storage configurations: 6GB + 128GB, 6GB + 256GB, and 8GB + 256GB.
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G will be available through the Vivo Malaysia online store in Black, Green, and Pink colour options. Information about its availability in other markets, including India, is yet to be announced.
Vivo V80 Lite 5G Specifications and Features
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G is a dual-SIM smartphone running Android 16-based OriginOS 6. It features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,260 x 2,800 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The display offers a pixel density of 449ppi, Q10+ luminescent material, 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, and up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness.
The handset is rated IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance. Under the hood, the Vivo V80 Lite 5G is powered by a 6nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset. The processor includes four efficiency cores clocked at up to 2.0GHz and four performance cores with a peak clock speed of 2.5GHz.The smartphone comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.

For photography, the Vivo V80 Lite 5G gets a dual rear camera setup. The system includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture.On the front, the smartphone has a 32-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The top-end variant also supports a Dual View video mode, allowing users to record video using the front and rear cameras simultaneously.

Navigation and positioning support includes GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS.The onboard sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, and gyroscope.The Vivo V80 Lite 5G measures 163.9 x 76.5 x 8.59mm and weighs approximately 224 grams.
