Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G Launched in India With 120Hz Display and 6,000mAh Battery

 

Lava has expanded its smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G, positioned as a successor to the Bold N2 Pro. The new smartphone targets the budget-to-midrange segment and focuses on 5G connectivity, a large-capacity battery, and a clean software experience.

The Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G features a flat-edge design and comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop-style notch. The display offers up to 550 nits of HBM brightness. The handset also carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

At the back, the smartphone features a squarish camera module housing a 50-megapixel AI primary camera, accompanied by a secondary sensor and LED flash. The phone supports 2K video recording, while an 8-megapixel camera is provided on the front for selfies and video calls.

Under the hood, the Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T8200 processor, built on a 6nm process and paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can be expanded by up to 1TB using a microSD card, while virtual RAM support is available for additional multitasking.

The smartphone runs Android 16 with a clean, unthemed software experience. Lava says the software is free from third-party bloatware and intrusive advertisements.

The Bold N4 Pro 5G packs a 6,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging, aimed at providing extended usage between charges. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner is also included.

The Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G price in India is set at Rs. 13,999 for the sole 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. The company says this is a special introductory launch price.

The smartphone will be offered in Midnight Blue and Lavender/Silver gradient colour options. It will go on sale in India from September 26 at 12:00 PM IST, exclusively through Amazon India.

The Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G also comes with the company's Free Service at Home policy, which provides doorstep after-sales service to customers.
