OnePlus 13s 16GB RAM Variant Launched in India: Price, Specs
The OnePlus 13s is now available in a new memory configuration in India. The compact flagship smartphone, launched earlier as part of the OnePlus flagship lineup, stood out with its smaller form factor and powerful hardware at a relatively accessible price.
With the latest addition, the OnePlus 13s is now offered in three RAM and storage configurations. The newly introduced model comes with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, while the rest of the specifications remain unchanged.
The addition of more RAM could benefit users who frequently multitask or run demanding applications. It may also help OnePlus keep the 13s competitive in the premium smartphone segment.
OnePlus 13s 16GB + 512GB Price in India
The OnePlus 13s 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 68,999 in India. It is available to purchase through Amazon India and the OnePlus India store.
The new variant is offered in Black Velvet and Green Silk colour options. The Pink Satin colour does not appear to be available with the 16GB configuration at present.
The OnePlus 13s is also available in two other configurations:

- 12GB + 512GB: Rs. 59,999
- 16GB + 512GB: Rs. 68,999
The newly introduced 16GB + 512GB model is the most expensive configuration in the OnePlus 13s lineup.
OnePlus 13s Specifications
The OnePlus 13s features a 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPO ProXDR AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,216 × 2,640 pixels. The panel supports an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate and offers up to 1,600 nits peak brightness.
The compact display makes the OnePlus 13s an option for users who prefer smaller smartphones without compromising on flagship-level hardware.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Although the processor was introduced in 2024, it remains a high-end platform designed to deliver strong performance.
For photography, the OnePlus 13s comes with a 50-megapixel primary rear camera paired with a 50-megapixel telephoto camera supporting 2x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, the handset features a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.

The new 16GB RAM + 512GB storage configuration is aimed at users who want maximum memory and storage from the OnePlus 13s. The additional RAM could be useful for heavy multitasking and demanding workloads.
However, users who primarily use their smartphone for everyday tasks, social media, streaming and regular gaming may find the 12GB variants sufficient. The 12GB + 512GB model, in particular, offers the same storage capacity while costing significantly less.
The 16GB variant therefore mainly expands the choices available to buyers looking for the highest-spec version of the compact OnePlus flagship.
