The Sony Xperia 10 VIII starts at EUR 549 (roughly Rs. 62,000). It is offered in Frosted Gray, Frozen White, and Misty Lilac colour options. Sony says the smartphone will be available in select global markets later this year through its online store.

The Sony Xperia 10 VIII runs Android 16 and supports dual SIM connectivity. Sony promises up to four Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates.The smartphone sports a 6.1-inch Full-HD+ (1,080x2,340 pixels) OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 120Hz touch sampling rate. The panel supports 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
Under the hood, the Xperia 10 VIII is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. It has 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 2TB using a microSD card. The handset also gets 6GB of virtual RAM expansion.
The Sony Xperia 10 VIII features a dual rear camera setup, led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.9 aperture. The main camera uses a 1/1.56-inch Exmor RS sensor, supports optical image stabilisation (OIS), and offers a 24mm focal length with an 84-degree field of view.The primary camera is paired with a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera with an f/2.4 aperture, a 1/3-inch sensor, 16mm focal length, and a 123-degree field of view. For selfies and video calls, the phone has an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture, 1/4-inch sensor, 26mm focal length, and 78-degree field of view.
The Sony Xperia 10 VIII packs a 5,000mAh battery with wired fast-charging support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and USB Type-C. The phone also retains a 3.5mm headphone jack and includes a fingerprint sensor.
The handset measures 153x72x8.3mm and weighs approximately 168 grams. Sony has also equipped it with IP65 and IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
