Moto G Max India Launch Date
Motorola has confirmed that the Moto G Max will launch in India on August 14 at 12 noon. The smartphone has already appeared on a Flipkart landing page, revealing several key specifications and features ahead of the official launch.
Moto G Max Display
The Moto G Max will feature a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smoother scrolling and animations.The display can reach up to 1,050 nits of peak HBM brightness, which should make the screen easier to view outdoors.Motorola is also introducing Water Touch 2.0, designed to improve touch responsiveness even when the display is wet.
Under the hood, the Moto G Max will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor.The chipset will be paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Motorola is also highlighting its RAM Boost technology, which uses virtual RAM alongside physical memory to deliver up to 18GB of RAM.This could make the Moto G Max particularly appealing to users who frequently multitask or keep multiple apps running in the background.
50MP Sony Camera and 32MP Selfie Camera
For photography, the Moto G Max will feature a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 primary camera. The main sensor will be paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera.On the front, Motorola has equipped the phone with a 32MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls.
The camera system will also include AI-powered photo enhancement features.
Massive 7,000mAh Silicon-Carbon Battery
The smartphone packs a huge 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which Motorola claims can deliver up to three days of battery life on a single charge.
The Moto G Max will come with stereo speakers featuring Dolby Atmos. Motorola is also retaining the increasingly rare 3.5mm headphone jack.
On the software side, the phone will run Android 16 out of the box. Motorola promises two major OS upgrades and three years of security updates.

The Moto G Max will feature a satin-finish design with a flat frame and a prominent camera module on the rear.Motorola will offer the phone in Pantone-curated Blue, Dark Grey and Pink colour options.For durability, the smartphone gets an IP64 rating, Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic protection and MIL-STD 810H certification
