CMF Buds Neo Launched in India at Rs 1,999 With 35dB ANC and 52-Hour Battery
CMF has expanded its budget audio lineup in India with the launch of the CMF Buds Neo, its latest true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds. Priced at an introductory Rs 1,999, the new earbuds bring features such as active noise cancellation (ANC), 12.4mm dynamic drivers, spatial audio and long battery life to the sub-Rs 2,000 segment.
The CMF Buds Neo will go on sale in India from August 26, 2026, through Flipkart and select retail partners including Croma, Reliance Digital and Vijay Sales. They will be offered in Black, White and Dark Blue colour options.
CMF Buds Neo: Features and Design
The Buds Neo feature a distinctive two-tone design with a square-shaped charging case and a circular tactile dial. The case also includes a built-in lanyard hole, allowing users to attach a strap for easier portability.
For audio, the earbuds are equipped with 12.4mm dynamic drivers designed to deliver deeper bass and clearer vocals. The drivers use a titanium-coated PET dome and a flexible PEEK + PU surround. The earbuds also support static spatial audio and offer six EQ presets, along with custom EQ and bass enhancement options through the Nothing X app.
Up to 35dB ANC and 120ms Low Latency
The CMF Buds Neo support up to 35dB adaptive ANC, with three noise-cancellation settings. The adaptive mode can adjust noise cancellation according to the surrounding environment.
For calls, the earbuds feature four high-definition microphones, with two microphones on each earbud, paired with Clear Voice Technology. There is also a 120ms low-latency gaming mode aimed at reducing audio delay during gaming.
Connectivity features include Bluetooth 6.0, Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair and simultaneous dual-device connectivity. Users can also customise touch controls through the Nothing X app.
CMF Buds Neo Battery Life
Battery life is another key highlight. The earbuds offer up to 52 hours of total playback with ANC turned off, including the charging case. Each earbud can deliver up to 11 hours of playback under the same conditions.
With ANC enabled, total playback drops to around 30 hours. A 10-minute quick charge can provide up to 5.5 hours of playback, while the charging case houses a 460mAh battery and each earbud has a 45mAh battery.
At Rs 1,999, the CMF Buds Neo aim to make features such as ANC, spatial audio, app-based sound customisation and dual-device connectivity more accessible to budget-conscious TWS buyers.
