Apple iPhone Ultra Foldable Leak Reveals Silver and Dark Blue Colours
Apple’s first foldable iPhone, reportedly called the iPhone Ultra, has surfaced in a new leak that hints at its possible colours and camera setup. The foldable is expected to launch later this year alongside Apple’s next-generation iPhone lineup, although the company has not officially confirmed the device.
Tipster Sonny Dickson (@SonnyDickson) shared images on X showing two camera protectors reportedly designed for the upcoming foldable. The accessories are shown in silver and dark blue, suggesting these could be among the colour options Apple is considering.
However, the leaked accessories are third-party products based on reported supply-chain information, so the final colours may differ. The dark blue finish is notable because previous reports had suggested that Apple could offer the foldable in a dark grey or black shade.
The images also appear to reveal a dual rear-camera setup. This would be different from the expected iPhone 18 Pro, which is rumoured to feature three rear cameras. Apple could be opting for two cameras as part of its effort to keep the foldable thin and compact.
The iPhone Ultra is also expected to feature a nearly crease-free inner display. Earlier reports have claimed Apple is testing advanced hinge technologies, including a liquid metal hinge and a 3D-printed design that could reduce moving parts and improve structural strength.
The foldable could reportedly measure just 4.5mm thick when folded, compared with around 5.6mm for the rumoured iPhone Air. Other reported materials include titanium and aluminium, along with a structural glass mid-frame.
Pricing could be another major talking point. The iPhone Ultra is reportedly expected to start at $2,000 (roughly Rs. 1.9 lakh), with some reports suggesting a price closer to $2,300.
Apple has yet to confirm the iPhone Ultra, so its specifications, colours and pricing should be treated as leaks for now.
