Vivo X200T Launched in India with Dimensity 9400+ and 50MP Camera

 

Vivo has launched the Vivo X200T in India. This smartphone is positioned as an everyday flagship, focusing on camera performance, smooth usage, and long battery life. It's aimed at users who want a reliable premium phone for daily photography, work, and entertainment, but don't want to venture into the more expensive segment.


The Vivo X200T is manufactured in India and is part of the company's X Series lineup. This phone focuses on zoom photography, stable performance, and long-term software support.


Price and availability

The Vivo X200T is available in two storage variants in India. The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at ₹59,999, while the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is priced at ₹69,999. The smartphone will be available for purchase starting February 3rd. It will be available on the Vivo India website, Flipkart, and offline retail stores nationwide.

The Vivo X200T features a 6.67-inch flat display and a metal frame with straight sides, making it comfortable to hold. The phone packs a large 6200mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, it delivers smooth performance across apps, multitasking, and gaming. It also features a liquid cooling system for heat control during prolonged use.

The camera setup is a major highlight of this phone. The Vivo X200T features a 50MP telephoto camera, designed for 3x to 10x zoom photography. It also supports 100x digital zoom and telephoto macro shots. It's accompanied by a 50MP main camera (with OIS support) and a 50MP ultra-wide camera, which is useful for landscapes and group photos. On the front, the phone has a 32MP selfie camera.

The smartphone runs on OriginOS 6. Vivo says the device will receive 5 years of operating system updates and 7 years of security updates.
