Realme has launched its new budget phones, the Realme Narzo 90 5G and Narzo 90x 5G, in India. Both handsets feature a large 7,000mAh battery and support 60W wired fast charging.
The Realme Narzo 90 5G also comes with IP66+IP68+IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It features a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup housed in a square module. The Narzo 90x 5G, meanwhile, has a 50-megapixel primary rear camera.
Realme Narzo 90 5G and Narzo 90x 5G price and availability
The Realme Narzo 90 5G price in India starts at ₹16,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The top-end variant (8GB RAM + 128GB storage) is priced at ₹18,499.
At the same time, the price of Realme Narzo 90x 5G starts at Rs 13,999 for the base variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model is available for Rs 15,499.
Both smartphones will go on sale on Amazon and the Realme India online store starting December 24. The Narzo 90 5G will be available in Victory Gold and Carbon Black colours, while the Narzo 90x 5G will be available in Nitro Blue and Flash Blue colours.
Specifications of Realme Narzo 90 5G and Narzo 90x 5G
Both handsets are dual SIM and run on Android 15 based Realme UI 6.0. Talking about the display, the Narzo 90 5G features a 6.57-inch AMOLED Full-HD+ (1080x2372 pixels) display with 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1,400 nits peak brightness, and 397 PPI pixel density. This screen supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 1.07 billion colors, and 100% sRGB. On the other hand, the Narzo 90x 5G features a 6.80-inch LCD display (720x1570 pixels) with 144Hz refresh rate, 1,200 nits peak brightness, and 83% DCI-P3 color gamut support.
In terms of processor and storage, the Narzo 90 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max (6nm) chipset, Mali G57 MC2 GPU, up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Narzo 90x 5G, meanwhile, features a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (6nm) SoC with a 2.4GHz peak clock speed, the same GPU, RAM, and storage.

In terms of camera features, the Narzo 90 5G sports a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.8) primary and 2MP monochrome sensors, and a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calling. The Narzo 90x 5G features a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Both handsets also offer 1080p @ 30fps video recording.
In terms of battery and charging, both smartphones are equipped with a 7,000mAh Titan battery and support 60W wired fast charging. The Narzo 90 5G has IP66+IP68+IP69 dust and water resistance, while the Narzo 90x 5G has an IP65 rating.

For connectivity, both handsets come with Bluetooth 5.3, dual-band Wi-Fi, Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS support.
In terms of dimensions and weight, the Narzo 90 5G measures 158.36x75.19x7.79mm and weighs 183 grams, while the Narzo 90x 5G measures 166.07x77.93x8.28mm and weighs around 212 grams.
