Nothing has launched its new Phone (3a) Community Edition, a limited-edition smartphone, in the Indian market. The smartphone was designed and developed in collaboration with the company's global community, where over 700 creators worked on various aspects of the product. The device is part of Nothing's unique Community Edition Project, which not only promotes creativity in hardware and software design, but also strengthens the brand's co-creation culture.

The smartphone's hardware design, software customization, and even accessories are designed by creators, making it different from other standard smartphones. It will be available in limited quantities, and will go on sale in India on December 13, 2025, during a special event in Bengaluru.

Amber Keganachal designed the hardware and packaging, drawing inspiration from technology designs from the 90s and 2000s. The phone features a custom lock screen designed by JD Zock. This lock screen clock comes with different font weights, making it easier to read and reducing screen clutter.

The phone also comes with a special accessory called "Dice." This is a collectible object designed by Ambrogio Tacconi and Louis Aymonod. It features Nothing's distinctive Ndot 55 font and game symbols, further enhancing the phone's design philosophy.
