Vivo Y600K Turbo With Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, 9,000mAh Battery Launched

Vivo has launched the Vivo Y600K Turbo in China, expanding its Y600 series with a smartphone focused on performance, battery life and fast charging. The new handset features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, a massive 9,000mAh battery with 90W wired charging, and an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Vivo Y600K Turbo is currently available in China in a single RAM and storage configuration and comes in three colour options.

Price and Availability

The Vivo Y600K Turbo price is set at CNY 2,599, which is approximately Rs. 37,000 based on the current conversion.The smartphone is available in China through Vivo’s online store. It comes in Dune Gold, Electric Blue and Millennial Pink colour options.

There is currently no official confirmation regarding the phone's availability in India or other international markets.

Specifications and Features

The Vivo Y600K Turbo features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,260 x 2,800 pixels. The panel supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a 130Hz touch sampling rate, HDR content and DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. It can display up to 1.07 billion colours and offers a pixel density of 449ppi.

The smartphone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and supports dual SIM connectivity. Vivo has also equipped the device with IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water.

Hardware

Powering the Vivo Y600K Turbo is the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset built using a 4nm process. The octa-core processor includes a prime core clocked at up to 2.7GHz, three performance cores at up to 2.4GHz and four efficiency cores at 1.8GHz.Graphics are handled by an Adreno 810 GPU. The phone comes with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

Cameras

For photography, the Vivo Y600K Turbo features a dual-camera setup on the rear. The system includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, autofocus and up to 10x digital zoom.

The main camera is paired with a 2-megapixel bokeh camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone gets an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.05 aperture.The handset can record video at resolutions of up to 4K at 30fps.

Battery life is one of the major highlights of the Vivo Y600K Turbo. The smartphone packs a huge 9,000mAh battery and supports 90W wired fast charging.Along with its large battery, the phone offers connectivity options including 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and USB Type-C.

Navigation support includes GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and NavIC. The phone also features an IR blaster and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
