Vivo V80 Lite 5G Launched With 7,050mAh Battery and 120Hz AMOLED Display

 

Vivo has launched the V80 Lite 5G in Pakistan, ahead of its expected India debut next month. The new mid-range smartphone shares several similarities with the Vivo S2, which was recently introduced in India. It features a curved AMOLED display, a large battery and a slim design, along with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.

Vivo V80 Lite 5G Price and Availability

The Vivo V80 Lite 5G starts at PKR 1,24,999 (approximately Rs. 43,000) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB+256GB model is priced at PKR 1,45,999 (approximately Rs. 50,000).In Pakistan, the smartphone is offered in two colour options: Sapphire Blue and Silk White.

The smartphone sports a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with curved edges, a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2,800x1,260-pixel resolution. The panel has a claimed local peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits.Under the hood, the Vivo V80 Lite 5G is powered by the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

For photography, the phone features a 50-megapixel primary rear camera alongside a 2-megapixel depth sensor. A 32-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls.

The handset packs a 7,050mAh battery with support for 44W wired charging. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB Type-C port with USB 2.0 support. It also supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and BeiDou positioning systems.Measuring 164.42x75.25x7.99mm, the Vivo V80 Lite 5G weighs 197 grams, while the Silk White variant weighs 199 grams. Its India pricing and availability details are yet to be officially announced.
