Poco has launched a new smartphone in its budget M series, the Poco M8s 5G. This phone has been introduced in the global market and will be available for sale through the company's website. It features a large 7000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging and 18W reverse charging. It also features an impressive 50MP camera.
Pricing and AvailabilityThe Poco M8s 5G starts at $189 (approximately ₹18,000) for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at $219 (approximately ₹20,000). The smartphone will be available in Black and White color options and is available for purchase through Xiaomi's official website.
Display and Performance
The phone features a 6.9-inch Full-HD+ display with support for a 144Hz refresh rate. It also offers up to 850 nits of brightness and TÜV Rheinland certification, which ensures less eye strain.
For performance, it features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6-series chipset. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. The phone runs on HyperOS 2, based on Android 15.
