Realme will soon launch its new premium mid-range smartphone, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G, in India. Ahead of its launch, the phone's price has leaked online, suggesting it could hit the market for under ₹50,000. With a 200MP camera, a powerful Snapdragon processor, and a premium design, this phone could be a great option for users seeking flagship-like features at an affordable price.

According to a retail box image shared by tech tipster Paras Guglani, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G could have an MRP of ₹43,999 in India. However, its selling price could be lower after launch offers and bank discounts. The smartphone will be available for sale on Realme's official website and Flipkart, starting soon after launch.

Leaked packaging also reveals the phone's design. The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G is said to measure 162.5 x 76.3 x 8.5mm and weigh around 203 grams. It is expected to feature a large 17.27cm (approximately 6.8-inch) display, making it one of the larger premium smartphones in its segment.

The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G is part of the company's new 'Urban Wild' design language, created in collaboration with renowned Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. In India, the phone will be available in Master Gold and Master Grey, as well as two India-exclusive color options: Camellia Pink and Orchid Purple.

Launch Timeline

Realme has confirmed that the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G will launch in India at 12 noon on January 6, 2026. With a premium design, high-resolution camera, and powerful processor, this phone could prove to be Realme's biggest launch in early 2026.
