Lava has launched the Bold N4 Lite in India, adding another affordable smartphone to its growing Bold series. The new handset targets budget-conscious buyers with a 5,000mAh battery, Android 16 Go Edition, 3GB RAM and a durability-focused MIL-STD-810H rating.With a price tag below Rs. 8,100, the Lava Bold N4 Lite enters a highly competitive segment where battery life, software experience and everyday performance are key selling points.

Lava Bold N4 Lite Price in India and Sale Date

The Lava Bold N4 Lite price in India has been set at Rs. 8,099 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant. As part of a special launch offer, the company will sell the phone for Rs. 7,999.The smartphone will be available to buy on Amazon from September 3 at 12pm IST. It comes in two colour options — Empire Gold and Ghost Silver.Lava is also bundling its Free Service at Home facility with the handset, offering doorstep after-sales support across India.

Lava Bold N4 Lite Specifications and Features

The Lava Bold N4 Lite features a 6.56-inch display, making it suitable for everyday activities such as watching videos, browsing the web and using social media. The phone is powered by the Unisoc 9863A chipset, paired with 3GB of RAM.Users can also utilise up to 3GB of additional virtual RAM, although this uses internal storage rather than providing the same performance benefits as physical RAM. The handset comes with 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 64GB.

One of the biggest highlights is the software. The Bold N4 Lite runs Android 16 Go Edition out of the box. Lava says the software experience is free from bloatware, while the phone is promised two years of security updates.

For photography, the smartphone gets an 8-megapixel AI rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The new smartphone joins the Lava Bold N2 Lite, which was launched in India in April at Rs. 7,399. The Bold N2 Lite features a larger 6.75-inch HD+ 90Hz display, Android 15 Go Edition and the same Unisoc 9863A chipset.The Bold N2 Lite also comes with 3GB RAM, 64GB storage expandable up to 512GB, a 5,000mAh battery and 10W charging. For photography, it offers a 13-megapixel AI dual rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

The newer Bold N4 Lite, meanwhile, brings Android 16 Go Edition and a MIL-STD-810H rating, but has less built-in storage and a lower-resolution rear camera.For buyers looking for an affordable smartphone with a large battery, newer Android software and a focus on durability, the Lava Bold N4 Lite could be an interesting option when it goes on sale in India next month.
