Motorola has launched its new smartphone, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion, in India. The phone has a starting price of ₹24,999. The smartphone features a large 7000mAh silicon-carbon battery, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, and a quad-curved 144Hz AMOLED display. It also features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 camera sensor and AI features integrated into Motorola's software.
According to the company, this smartphone will be available on Flipkart, Motorola's official website, and retail stores across India. Motorola Edge 70 Fusion price in India
The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion has been launched in India in three storage variants. The base variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at ₹26,999. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model will be available for ₹29,999, while the top variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will be available for ₹32,999.
However, after bank and exchange offers, the effective price of this smartphone reduces even further. With the offers, the price of the 8GB + 128GB variant comes down to Rs 24,999, the price of the 8GB + 256GB model comes down to Rs 27,999 and the price of the 12GB + 256GB variant comes down to Rs 30,999. Apart from this, the company is also offering an instant discount of Rs 2,000 on HDFC and Axis Bank credit cards. Additionally, customers will also get the option of no-cost EMI on select bank cards, so that the phone can be purchased in easy installments.
The smartphone is offered in three Pantone-curated color options. These
include beautiful color options like Blue Surf, Country Air, and Silhouette. According to the company, an Early Bird Sale will be held on Flipkart on March 6th from 12 noon to 4 pm. The open sale will then begin on March 12th at 12 noon on Flipkart, Motorola.in, and offline retail stores.
Motorola Edge 70 Fusion features and specifications
The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion features a 6.78-inch 1.5K quad-curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and up to 5200 nits of peak brightness. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
For photography, the phone features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). There are also 13MP ultra-wide and macro cameras. For selfies and video calling, there's a 32MP front camera. The device supports 4K video recording from all camera lenses.
For performance, the phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It also features a vapor chamber cooling system to maintain optimal performance.
On the software front, the phone runs Hello UI based on Android 16 and supports AI features like moto AI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. Powered by a large 7,000mAh battery, it supports 68W TurboPower fast charging. The company claims that this phone can deliver a full day's battery life with a short charge.
